Can you imagine what my bosses have decided to do? Instead of a Christmas party we are having lunch at £25 per head.
This however applies only to the management staff from supervisor and above.
Considering the fact that the bulk of the job is done by staffs that are below management level. I have expressed my concern but my direct manager has told me to shut up and mind my own business.
I empathise with the guys in my team who I happen to manage as when I am busy sipping champagne and any shit the restaurant has to offer will be busy working them ass out.
I have been in them shoes before for a year and a half before I became I manager too and I did pay my dues.
Never the less I feel for those that will be working today because I know they do all the shit work and get nothing but praises from me.
Maybe I will order takeaways, but I wonder how many I can get for a team of 15Guys with only £25 to spare.
What do I call Bosses who don’t care about they employees??? I call them Bastar**ds With capital B.

A bosses-only party seems very bad form to me. The bosses will get better pay and perhaps bonuses too.

I do not know if your company allows alcohol to be consumed in the office as a small celebration but with £25 you could buy a few bottles of wine and give your guys a glass each....not great but perhaps better than nothing!

That's if you are allowed to take the drinks out. Let's ask Sexyvic how the system works in her office.
she is not here now so i guess she must 'ave got a hangover last night. lol
As for me, i see absolutely nothing wrong in Boss only party. let the other guys work at at work. I mean one as or the other we ave all paid our dues.

What a miserable shower of bastar**ds right enough! I hate that. What's wrong with showing all your staff that you appreciate them?!
